Jeff Healey was a blind Canadian Blues Rock Vocalist and Guitarist.  He formed The Jeff Healey Band in 1985 when the age of 17.  In early 2009, his album Mess Of Blues won in the 8th Annual Independent Music Awards for Best Blues Album and he was inducted into the Terry Fox Hall Of Fame.  In 2014, he was inducted into Canada's Walk of Fame.
