Leaf Hound is an English Hard Rock Band from London, formed in 1969 under their original name, Black Cat Bones, after Paul Kossoff (Guitar) and Simon Kirke (Drums) who both left to form Free, consisted of Peter French (Vocals), Mick Halls (Lead Guitar), Derek Brooks (Rhythm Guitar), Stuart Brooks (Bass), and Keith George-Young (Drums).  Leaf Hound were one of the Heavy Rock Bands during the late-'60s of British Blues Rock Boom.

Growers Of Mushroom is the debut studio album by Leaf Hound, was reissued and released in 1994 by Repertoire Records, (Original released in 1971 by Decca Records.  This album became a Collectors item and was voted the No. 1 most Collectible Rock Album in Q Magazine.
