Todd Rundgren's Utopia is an American Progressive Rock Band from New York, formed in 1973.  Most of the members of this early incamation of Utopia also played on Todd Rundgren's Solo albums, untio 1976, the group was known simply as Utopia and was a stable quartet of Todd Rundgren (Lead Guitar, Lead Vocals Ex The Nazz), Kasim Sulton (Bass, Vocals Ex Cherry Vanilla), Roger Powell (Keyboards, Vocals) and John Wilcow (Drums).
