The Alan Parsons Project was a British Progressive Rock Band, between 1975 and 1990, consisting of Alan Parsons and Eric Woolfson, and surrounded by a number of session musicians.  Alan Parsons had acted as assistant engineer on The Bestles' Albums:  Abbey Road and Let It Be, and engineered Pink Floyd's Album The Dark Side Of The Moon,  his career as a Producer and Engineer including Pilot, Steve Harley, Al Stewart, The Hollies, Ambrosia, John Miles and Steve Harley.  In 1982 the band's album Eye In The Sky was their greatest success and in UK chart in Top Ten on the Pop charts and went to Platinum.
