Cowboy Junkies are a Canadian Alternative Country and Folk Rock Band from Toronto, Ontario, formed in 1985 by Alan Anton (Bass), Michael Timmins (Guitar), Margo Timmins (Vocals), and Peter Timmins (Drums).  The band gained worldwide fame and recognition their second album, Trinity Session, and have gone today still remain an active band for over thirty years.
