Disturbed is an American Heavy Metal Band from, Chicago, Illinois, formed in 1994 by Dan Donegan (Guitars, Keyboards), Mike Wengren (Drums), Steve "Fuzz" Kmak (Bass), and Erich Awalt (Lead Vocals), were in a band called Brawl, before changed name to Disturbed.  The band debuted album at No. 1 on the Billboards 2001.
