Question Mark And The Mysterians are an American Garage Rock Band from Bay City and Saginaw in Michigan, formed in 1962 by Larry Borfjas (Guitar), Bobby Balderrama (Lead Guitar), and Robert Martinez (Drums). In 1964, Larry Borjas and Robert Martinez were both forced to leave the band for military duty, new line-up Rudy Martinez (Vocals), Robert's brother , Frank Lugo (Bass), Bobby Balderrama (Lead Guitar), Frank Rodriguez (Organ), and Eddie Serrato (Drums). The band signed to Pa-Go-Go Records and in 1966 released the first and most acclaimed single, "96 Tears", and became a No. 1 Hit on the Billboard Hot 100. Their debut album, 96 Tears, and was listed at No. 210 on the 2004 Rolling Stone Magazine List The 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time.
