Jefferson Airplane was an American Rock Band from San Francisco, California, formed in 1965 by Paul Kantner (Guitar, Vocals), Jorma Kaukonen (Guitar, Vocals), Marty Balin (Vocals, Guitar), Signe Toly Anderson (Vocals), Bob Harvey (Bass), and Jerry Peloquin (Drums).  The band was one of the pioneer of Psychedelic Rock Era, and achieved international mainstream success, with performed at the three most famous American Rock Festivals of the 1960s-Monterey (1967), Woodstock (1969) and Altamont (1969).  In 1967, they was released album Surrealistic Pillow with two hits "Somebody To Love" and White Rabbit", are listed in Rolling Stone's 500 Greatest Songs Of All Time.  Jefferson Airplane was inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 1969.
