Firefall is an American Country Rock Band from Boulder, Colorado, formed i n 1974 by Rick Roberts (Guitar, Vocals Ex The Flying Burrito Brothers) and Jock Bartley (Guitar, Vocals Ex Zephy) met when Bartley was on tour with Gram Parsons as a member of his backing band, The Fallen Angels, along with Mark Andes (Bass, Vocals Ex Spirit, Jo Jo Gunne), Larry Burnett (Guitar, Vocals) and Michael Clarke (Drums Ex The Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers).  The band's biggest hit single, "You Are The Woman", peaked at No, 8 on the Billboard Charts in 1976, other hits included "Just Remember I Love You" (No. 11 in 1977), "Strange Way" (No. 11 in 1978), "Cinderella" (No. 37 in 1981), "Headed For A Fall" (No. 35 in 1980), and "Staying With It" (No. 37 in 1981).
