The Cult are an English Rock Band from Bradford, formed in 1983 by Ian Astbury (Lead Vocals, Guitar), Billy Duffy (Lead & Rhythm Guitars) under the name Death Cult, and Southern Death Cult, changed name to The Cult, along with Jamie Stewart (Bass, Keyboards) and Ray Mondo (Drums).
