Ray Charles was an American Singer, Songwriter and Musician.  He pioneered the Genre of Soul Music during the 1950s by combining Rhythm And Blues, Gospel and Blues Style into Music and recorded by Atlantic Records, he also contributed of Country and Pop Music during 1960s with his Crossover success on ABC Records.  In 2004, Rolling Stone Magazine ranked Ray Charles as No. 10 on their list of "100 Greatest Artists Of All Time", and No. 2 on their November 2008 list of "100 Greatest Singers Of All Time".
