The  Bintangs are a Dutch Blues Rock Band from Beverwijk, formed in 1961 by Frank Krannijeveld (Bass, Vocals Ex Tielman Brothers), Arti Kraaijevels (Guitar Ex Tielman Brothers), Meine Fernhout (Guitar), and Jimmy Jansen (Drums).  The band began mixing in R&B influences, in part inspired by The Rolling Stones, Willie Dixon, Bo Diddley.
