Neil Young born in Toronto, Canada, began playing music in high school with the Garage Rock band called The Esquires, and met Joni Mitchel and Stephen Stills at the coffeehouses, he joined The Mynah Birds, featured Bassist Bruce Palmer and Rick James, before moving to California in 1966, where he co-formed The Buffalo Springfield with Stephen Stills and Richie Furay, and became one of the leaders of the Californian Folk-Rock, and later joined Crosby, Stills & Nash as a fourth member in 1969. In his early solo album, and those with his backing band Crazy Horse.
