Whirlwind was a British Rockabilly Revival Band, formed in 1976 by Nigel Dixon (Vocals), and Phil Hardy (Drums), both of whom were regulars at the Unit One Club in Uxbridge, near West London, and joined forces with Mike Lewis (Guitar), and Chris Emo (Bass) to begin storming the London Club Circuit.
