Badfinger formed in 1960, sound like early British Invasion comparison with The Beatles, play Power Pop and Painful Rock  Ballad, the first hit  "Come and Get It: composed by Paul McCartney from soundtrack album called "The Magic Christian"(1969).

Badfinger's second album "No Dice" with many classic hits:  "
No Matter What" and Grammy Award Winning "Without You",  made famous by Harry Nilsson, and later Mariah Carey, "I Can't Take It", "Midnight Caller"-A Lovely Ballad Song by Pete Ham.
