Jeff Scott Soto is an American Rock Singer from Puerto Rican, and best known for being the lead single for the group Talisman, the Vocalist on Yngwie Malmsteen's first two albums , Lead Vocalist for Journey on their tours 2006-2007.  His style is typical Heavy Metal, but he got influence by Soul Music from Sam Cooke as well as Steve Perry (Vocals Ex Journey) and Freddie Mercury (Vocals from Queen).   He has his own band Soto and as the vocalist of Supergroups W.E.T., Sons Of Apollo and Trans Siberian Orchestra.
