Ellen Mcllwaine is an American Singer, Songwriter and Musician, from Nashville, Tennessee, best known for her career as a Solo Singer, Songwriter and Slide Guitarist.  She began playing professionally, folksinger and her booking at the Au Go Go in Greenwich Village, and there she shared bills with Jimi Hendrix, John Lee Hooker, and Howlin' Wolf, Richie Havens and Randy California taught her a few things about Slide Guitar.  She moved back to Atlanta and formed her first group, Fear Itself.  Later she went back to New York and started to her solo career.
