Lulu is a Scottish Singer, Songwritger, and Actress.  She is noted for her powerful singing voice.  She had hits internationally with "To Sir With Love" from the 1967 film of the same name and James Bond film "The Man With The Golden Gun" (1974).  She is also widely known for her Eurovision Song Contest 1969, winning entry "Boom Bang-A-Bang", and in the UK for her 1964 hit "Shout".

Lulu And The Luvvers was a Scottish Rock Group.  They are best known as the backing group to Lulu on her debut chart single "Shout" (1964).  The band disbanded in 1966.
