John Mayall & The Bluesbreaker are a pioneering English Blues Band from London, led by Singer, Songwriter, and Multi-Instrumentalist John Mayall (Harmonica), Peter Ward (Vocals), John McVie (Bass) and Bernie Watson (Drums). The band became an ever-evolving line-up of more than 100 different combinations of musicians under that name. In 1965 Eric Clapton (later to Cream) joined the band, and in 1966 Peter Green (later formed Fleetwood Mac with Mick Fleetwood and John McVie), in 1967 Mick Taylor (later joined The Rolling Stones) and many more such as Walter Trout, Larry Taylor, Aynsley Dunbar, Andy Fraser (Free) and more!.
