Mob Rules are a German Melodic Power Metal Band from Wilhelmshaven, Germany, formed in 1994 by Matthias Mineur (Guitar Ex Van Blanc), Thorsten Plorin (Bass), Klaus Dirks (Vocals) and Arved Mannott (Drums).  Their name from the classic, Ronnie Dio-fronted Black Sabbath album, Mob Rules.
