SEOMPI (Self Expression On Musically Potential Instruments) was an American Hard Rock Band from McAllen, Texas, formed in 1970 by Dave Williams (Bass, Vocals Ex Headstones, The Meat), Patrick Rockhill (Bass) and Bill Reid (Drums) for a pecullar dual-Bass, no Guitar Sound. Later they recut the song with addition for guitarist Mitch Watkins, and he became a part of the band from then on. The band played for the next few years to opening for ZZ Top, Buddy Miles and Foghat.
