Beyond The Black is a German Symphonic Metal and Power Metal Band from Mannheim, Germany, formed in 2014 by Jennifer Haben (Lead Vocals Ex Saphir), Nils Lesser (Lead Guitar), Christopher Hummels (Rhythm Guitar), Erwin Schmidt (Bass), Michael Hauser (Keyboards), and Tabias Derer (Drums).   They made their first appearances at the Wacken Open Air 2014 Festival and on tour supporting Saxon and Hell.
