Heads Of State is an American Jazz Supergroup from New York, formed in 2015 by Gary Bartz (Saxophone), Larry Williams (Piano), David Williams (Bass) and Al Foster (Drums).  They played together for the first time as a Quartet at Smoke Jazz & Supper Club in New York City, and they signed with Smoke Sessions Records.
