The Youngbloods were an American Folk Rock Band from Greenwich Village, New York City, formed in 1965 consisting of Jesse Colin Young (Vocals, Bass), Jerry Corbitt (Guitar), Lowell "Banana" Levinger (Guitar, Electric Piano) and Joe Bauer (Drums).  They never achieved widespread popularity, only U.S. Top 40 entry was "Get Together".
