The Eagles are an American Rock Band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1971 by Glenn Frey (Vocals, Guitar), Don Henley (Vocals, Drums), Bernie Leadon (Vocals, Guitar, Banjo, Mandolin), and Randy Meisner (Vocals, Bass).  With five No. 1 singles, six Grammy Awards, five American Music Awards and six No. 1 Albums.  The Eagles were one of the most successful band of the 1970s and one of the World's Best-Selling Bands of All Time, having sold more than 150 million records, 100 million in the U.S. alone.  They are the fifth-highest-selling American Band in U.S. history.  They have many hits such as "Take It Easy", "Witchy Woman", "Peaceful Easy Feeling", "Desperado", "Tequila Sunrise", "On The Border", "Already Gone", "Best Of My Love", "One Of These Nights", "Lyin' Eyes", "Take It To The Limit", "New Kid In Town", "Hotel California", "Heartache Tonight", "The Long Run" and "I Can't Tell You Why".  They were inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 1998.
