Daughtry is an American Rock Band from McLeansville, Carolina, formed in 2006 by Chris Daughtry, who was a finalist on the fifth season of American Idol, and released their self-titled debut album in November 2006 and was reached No. on the Billboard 200, went on to sell more than four million copies in the US and has been certified Platinum by the RIAA.
