The Outsiders was an American Rock & Roll Band from Cleveland, Ohio, formed in 1965 led by Tom King (Rhythm Guitar, Saxophone, Vocals).  The band is best known for its Top 5 hit "Time Won't Let Me" in early 1966.  Part of the secret success behind The Outsiders by embellishments with Horns and Strings.
