The City was an American Trio Band, from Laurel Canyon, Los Angeles, California, formed in 1968, consisted of Carole King (Vocals, Piano), Charles Larkey (Bass Ex The Myddle Class). The City produced one album Now That Everything's Been Said in 1968, but Carole King's reluctance to perform live meant sales were slow. After a change of distributors meant that the album was quickly deleted. The group disbanded in 1969.

Now That Everything's Been Said is the debut album by The City, was remastered and released on October 2, 2015 by Light In The Attic (Original released in 1968 by Ode/Epic/Legacy). Good band with great songs and great harmonies. For Music Lovers and Music Collectors.
