Amorphis is a Finnish Heavy Metal Band from Helsinki, Finland, formed in 1990 by Jan Rechberger (Drums), Tomi Kolvusaari (Guitar), Esa Holopainen (Guitar), and Olli-Pekka Laine (Bass).  Initially, the band was played Death Metal style, but later playing  other Genres, including Heavy Metal, Progressive Metal, and Folk Metal.
