The Jimi Hendrix Experience were a Psychedelic Rock Band formed in London 1966, Jimi and his new manager Chas Chandler formed a backing band with Mitch Mitchell (Bass) and Noel Redding (Drums) to be a Trio Band follow to the lead of Cream that was the one of "Power Trio Band" format, and widely recognized as hugely influential of the development of the Hard Rock and Heavy Metal in the late-1960s.
