Dickey Betts is an American Guitarist, Singer, Songwriter, and Composer, best known as a member of The Allman Brothers Band.  He was inducted with the band into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame in 1995, and also won with the band a Best Rock Performance Grammy Award for his instrumental "Jessica" in 1996.  He had been one of the Rock's finest guitar partnership with Duane Allman, introducing melodic Twin Guitar Harmony.  He returned to his solo career, in 2000 he formed The Dickey Betts Band, and renamed to Dickey Betts & Great Southern.  He is one of The Greatest Guitar Player of All Time.

Highway Call is the debut album by Dickey Betts under the name Richard Betts, was remastered and  released on May 1, 2001 by Polydor/Universal, Original released on September 1974 by Capricorn.  The album peaked at No. 19 on Billboard "Pop Albums" Chart in 1974.
