CPR was an American Rock/Jazz Band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1996 by David Crosby (Guitar, Vocals Ex The Byrds, Crosby, Still, Nash & Young), Jeff Pevar (Guitar) and Crosby's son, James Raymond (Piano).  CPR disbanded in 2004.
