Stevie Ray Vaughan was an American Musician, Singer, Songwriter and Producer.  He is one of the most influential Electric Guitarists in the history of Blues Music.  He received several music awards:  Best New Talent and Best Electric Blues Guitar Players voted by Readers of Guitar Player in 1983, Entertainer of the Year Blues Instrumentalist of the Year by The Blues Foundation in 1984, Rhythm and Blues Act of the Year by Performance Magazine in 1987, earning six Grammy Awards and ten Austin Music Awards, he was inducted into The Blues Hall Of Fame in 2000, and the Musicians Hall Of Fame in 2014, The Twelfth Greatest Guitarist of All Time by Rolling Stone Magazine, also on December 16, 2014, he was named as one of eight artists inducted into the Rock and Roll of Fame as a part of the 2015 class.
