Before This World is the seventeenth studio album by James Taylor, was released on June 15, 2015 by Concord Records.  It is Taylor's first album of original material since October Road (2002) that he recorded with Steve Gadd (Drums) and Jimmy Johnson (Bass).  This album reached No. 1 on US Billboard 200 Albums Chart.
