Sleater-Kinney is an American All Female Indie Rock Band from Olympia, Washington, formed in 1994 by Corin Tucker (Vocals, Guitar), Carrie Brownstein (Guitar, Vocals) and Misty Farrell (Drums), and latest replaced by Janet Weiss.  The band is also known as a Punk Rock (or Political).  In 2001 Time Magazine named Sleater-Kinney American's Best Rock Band and Stereogum called them The Greatest Living Rock Band in 2015.
