The Shanes were a Swedish Rock 'N' Roll Band had about Top Ten Hits in their native Sweden Between 1964 and 1967.  The Group played in variety of British and American-Influenced Style Merseybeat,   British R&B, Rock 'N' Roll, and Instrumental Pop.  Their music style counterpart  to The Yardbirds, The Who, The Animals, Manfred Mann, The Shadows and Herman's Hermits.  They were very successful in their home country.  They released one single in Britain on Columbia Records, "I Don't Want Your Love", but it did not chart there.
