Camper Van Beethoven is an American Alternative Rock Band from Redlands, California, formed in 1983.  Their music style mixes elements of Pop, Ska, Punk Rock, Folk, Alternative Country and various types of World Music.  They enjoyed chart success with their cover of Status Quo's "Pictures Of Matchstick Men", a No. 1 Hit on Billboard Magazine's Modern Rock Tracks in 1989.
