Eels is an Alternative Rock Band, formed in California in 1995 by Mark Oliver Everett, better known as "E" (Vocals, Songwriter, Multi-Instrumentalist), Jonathan "Butch" Norton (Drums), and Tommy Walter (Bass).  Eels became one of the first groups to sign a record deal with DreamWorks Records.  The band appear on several film soundtracks, including Scream 2, American Beauty, Road Trip, Holes, Yes Man, The End Of Violence, Hellboy, Hot Fuzz, Shrek, and many more!.
