Transatlantic is an American Progressive Rock Supergroup, formed in 1999 as a side project to their full-time bands until 2002 by Mike Portnoy (Drums Ex Dream Theater, Liquid Tension Experiment), Neal Morse (Keyboards, Guitar Ex Spock's Beard), Roine Stroit (Guitar Ex Flower Kings) and Pete Trewavas (Bass Ex Marillion, Edison's Children).  In 2009 they reunited as Transatlantic altogether.
