The Jam were an English Trio Punk Rock Band from Woking, Surrey in 1972, formed by Paul Weller (Vocals, Guitar), Bruce Foxton (Bass), and Rick Buckler (Drums). The Jam were one of the most popular band of New Wave British Punk Rock, along with The Sex Pistols, The Clash and The Buzzcocks, while Paul Weller played Guitar style like the Mod Bands: The Who and The Small Faces. They had 18 Singles Hit in Top 40 in UK, including 4 No. 1 Hits. They released one live album and six studio albums, the last of which, The Gift, hit No. 1 on the UK Album Charts.
