The Byrds were an American Folk Rock and Country Rock Band, formed in Los Angeles, California in 1964.  They attained the huge success of The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, and The Beach Boys for a short period (1965-1966) and they are to be the one of the most influential bands of the 1960s and as the pioneer of Folk Rock Music, and also influential  of Country Rock.
