Joanne Shaw Taylor is an British Blues Guitarist and Singer from Birmingham, who was discovered by Dave Stewart of The Eurythmics at the age of 16.  She was inspired towards Blues Music in her teenage years by Jimi Hendrix, Albert Collins and Stevie Ray Vaughan.  The British Music Publication, Blues Matters!, called Joanne Shaw Taylor as "The New Face Of The Blues".
