Fastway is a British Hard Rock Supergroup Band formed by Eddie Clarke "Fast" (Guitar Ex Motorhead), Pete Way (Bass Ex UFO), Jerry Shirely (Drums ex Humble Pie) and Dave King (Vocals). They took the band name from the combination of the founding members's name. Pete Way could not out from the recording contract with Chrysalis Records.

Fastway is the first and debut album by the Supergroup Fastway, originaly released in 1983 on CBS. Pete Way did not actually play on the album when the time recording sessions began and decided to left the band and soon formed his own band Waysted. The Bass parts on the album played by the session Bass Mickey Feat.
In 2012 Rock Candy Records released this Special Limited Deluxe Collector's Edition and fully Re-Mastered Sound shaped from 24 BIT Digital technology with 7 Bonus Tracks and 16 Page full colour Booklet with enchanced Artwork, Rare Photos and new interview with Eddie Clarke "Fast".
