The Iveys formed in 1961 in Swansea, original line-up conprised Pete Ham (Lead Guitar), Ron Griffiths (Bass), Roy Anderson (Drums, later replaced by Mike Gibbins) and David Jenkins (Guitar, later replaced by Tom Evans),  The Group had concrert around Swansea area, opening for British groups such as The Spencer Davis Group, The Who, The Moody Blues and The Yardbirds.

Maybe Tomorrow was the only album released under the name The Iveys in 1969 on  Apple Records.  A majority of the songs were later issued as Badfinger songs on album Magic Christian Music.
