Harpers Bizarre was an American Sunshine Pop Band from Santa Cruz, California, formed in 1963 by Ted Templeman (Vocals, Drums, Trumpet), Dickie Scoppettone (Guitar, Vocals), Eddie James (Guitar, Vocals), Dick Yount (Guitar, Bass, Vocals), and John Peterson (Drums) in name The Tikis, later change to new name to Harpers Bizarre.   The band's biggest single by remake of Simon & Garfunkel's  "The 59th Street Bridge Song (Feelin' Groovy).
