Tony MacAlpine is an American Musician and Composer, best known as a Progressive Metal Guitar Hero and Instrumental Rock Solo Guitarist, although he has worked with many different bands and musicians.  He played guitar in a Heavy Metal Supergroup named M.A.R.S. consisted of Tony MacAlpine on Guitar, Tommy Aldridge (Drums  Ex Black Oak Arkansas, Pat Travers Band, Gary Moore, Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy, Motorhead), Rob Rock (Vocals Ex Impellitteri), and Rudy Sarzo (Bass Ex Quiet Riot, Ozzy Osbourne, Whitesnake, Yngwie Malmsteen's Rising Force, Dio, Geoff Tate) and released album Project:  Driver.
