Eric Alexander is an American Jazz Saxophonist.  He studied with Joe Lovano, Harold Mabern, Norman Simmons, Steve Turre and others.  He influenced heavily by John Coltrane, Sonny Stitt, Dexter Gordon, and George Coleman.  He has worked with many notable Jazz musicians, including Ron Carter, Pat Martino, Harold Mabern, Joseph Farnsworth, Grady Tate and Robert Stewart.
