Angel is an American Rock Band from Washington, D.C., formed in 1975 by Punky Meadows (Lead Guitar), Frank DiMino (Lead Vocals), Mickey Jones (Bass), Gregg Giuffria (Bass), and Barry Brandt (Drums).  Discovered by Kiss Bassist Gene Simmons, they became famous for their flamboyant stage presence and signature all-white satin outfits, standing in direct visual contrast to Kiss.
