Caravan are an English Progressive Rock Band from Canterbury, Kent formed in 1968 by former member of Wilde Flowers Pye Hastings (Guitar, Vocals), David Sinclair (Keyboards), Richard Sinclair (Bass), and Richard Coughlan (Drums). The have not achieved much commercial success, but are considered a key part of the Canterbury Scene, blending Psychedelic Rock, Jazz Rock and Classical influences to create a distinctive sound in Caravan's style.
