Toto is an American Rock Band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 1977 by David Paich (Keyboards), Jeff Porcaro (Drums),  David Hungate (Bass), Steve Lukather (Guitar), Steve Porcaro (Keyboards), and Bobby Kimball (Vocals).  The band enjoyed great commercial success in the late 1970s and 1980s.  Their album Toto IV in 1982 acclaimed and commercially successful and Toto became one of the best-selling music group of their era.  The band best know for the Top 5 Hits "Hold The Line", "Rosanna", and "Africa".  The band has released 17 albums, and have sold over 35 million albums, the group was honored with several Grammy Awards and was inducted into the Musicians Hall Of Fame and Museum in 2009.

Greatest Hits - 40 Trips Around The Sun is a greatest hits album by Toto, released on February 9, 2018 by Columbia/Legacy.  The album was released in commemoration of the 40th Anniversary of Toto's self-titled debut album in 1978, contains 14 tracks from 1978 to 1993, and three previously unreleased recordings.
